What we get asked the most.
Do I need a technical team or perfect data?
You do not need a technical team or perfect data. We do need representative samples and someone who understands the process. In the initial call, we review the systems involved; if data or permissions need sorting out first, we include that in scope or tell you it is too early to automate.
How much does it cost?
The initial 30-minute call is free. A process diagnosis costs €990–1,500 and is deducted if you commission the pilot. Pilots typically cost €3,900–9,000, depending on scope. Before work starts, you receive the total price, deliverables, exclusions, timeline and acceptance criteria in writing; any change is agreed separately.
What about data security?
Before accessing data, we agree in writing which sources, permissions and providers are involved and where processing will take place. We use the minimum access required. If a third party needs to process data, we explain it and ask for approval before using it. The exact setup depends on your infrastructure and requirements.
What if it breaks in six months?
We do not promise that software will never fail. At handover, we provide the code, configuration, dependencies and documentation needed to maintain it. Monitoring and support are available through an optional plan with written scope and SLA; your team or another provider can also take over.
Who are you?
We are a small engineering team specialising in data, automation and applied AI. We are building Caelion alongside our current roles and, out of professional discretion, do not publish names or employers. During the audit, you speak directly with the responsible engineer; scope, acceptance criteria and code ownership are put in writing.
